Church in the Bario

This is an interesting review of the progress and lack thereof of the Roman Catholic Church within the Mexican Community in the Houston Texas Area from about the beginning of the 20th century. until the recent past. I lived a great deal of this history, and in fact I am mentioned in the book. This will be a valuable reference book in the future as later generations explore the successes and failures of the past.
