I love it!! It is definitely what we need our children to learn about-God's awesome love for all of us no matter where or what type of situation we are in he can get us through it all with his power that is very real. The children will know where the holiday truly came from and why we celebrate this wonderful saint.

Nice book

This is a nice, brief book. The illustrations are in black and white. A reasonably priced book that all kids can enjoy. Kids 8-12 can read this book themselves and younger ones will enjoy being read to. It is good to see, however few there are, that there are some books on saints that you can find on amazon. Children should be exposed more to the heroic saints of the past instead of some of today's questionable heroes.
